We are excited to present our new exclusive fitness gym memberships, offering a unique fitness experience that focuses on what truly matters – your workout. We are not your traditional gym; we take pride in providing a great place to work out without the bells and whistles.

At FASST, we have been known for our specialization in youth sports performance and training young athletes. Now, we are thrilled to extend an invitation to parents to join us in this unmatched environment. We believe in creating a one-stop shop for families where parents can work out while their children are training in our youth programs. It’s an opportunity to come together, support one another, and make fitness a shared experience.

Features and Benefits

  • FASST Foundations (Ages 7–10)
    A 60-minute, beginner-friendly program that introduces young athletes to movement training and strength fundamentals. This class builds coordination, confidence, and body awareness through structured warm-ups, athletic movement, and age-appropriate strength work. Every athlete begins with a full evaluation so coaches can tailor their training. This program gives families flexible scheduling and steady, consistent development for kids who are just starting their performance journey.

    FASST Fundamentals (Ages 11–13)
    A 75-minute program designed for developing athletes who are ready for more focused strength and athletic movement training. This class blends mobility work, plyometrics, speed development, and structured lifting blocks to help athletes build stronger, cleaner, and more efficient movement patterns. Individualized programming, a 12:1 ratio, and regular retesting ensure each athlete continues to progress as they grow.

    Advanced Training (14 & Above)
    A high-performance training program for athletes 14 and older, offering one hour of movement training and one hour of strength training up to six days per week. This level prepares athletes for the demands of high school, club, and collegiate competition. With individualized programming, plyometrics, speed work, advanced strength training, and regular performance testing, athletes get the volume, structure, and coaching needed to reach their highest potential.

    FASST Burn (Adults)
    Burn is a fast-paced, high-energy conditioning class designed to improve overall fitness, stamina, and athletic readiness. Athletes move through circuit-style training that blends bodyweight movements, light resistance, core work, and cardio intervals. This class is built to boost work capacity, improve conditioning, and support recovery between strength sessions. It pairs easily with any FASST program and is great for athletes who want an extra conditioning day.

    Our expansive 20,000 sq ft facility is a testament to our dedication to providing you with the best fitness experience. With ample space for various training zones, dedicated areas for specific exercises, batting cages for honing your baseball or softball skills, and a multi-sport hardwood court for basketball or other indoor sports, our facility offers diverse options to enhance your workout experience.

    Equipment
    We prioritize providing you with a great variety of high-quality equipment. Our gym is equipped with an array of fitness machines, free weights, and functional training tools that cater to a wide range of workout preferences. You can trust that we have what you need to achieve your fitness goals effectively. Plus, We’re always looking for more ways to upgrade our equipment!

    Training Areas
    Our facility offers varied training areas to accommodate different workout styles and preferences. Whether you prefer strength training, functional exercises, or sports-specific drills, you’ll find dedicated spaces designed to enhance your workout experience. Practice your swing in our batting cages or enjoy a game of basketball on our multi-sport hardwood court.

  • As part of our commitment to your well-being, we offer in-house Physical Therapy services through our partnership with ReEnvision (Redefining Access to Quality Care). This means you have access to expert care and rehabilitation services right within our facility. Movement screenings and tailored advice from our skilled therapists will help you optimize your training and prevent injuries.

  • We believe in providing tailored support to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our experienced trainers and staff are here to guide and motivate you throughout your fitness journey. Whether you need assistance with developing a workout plan, refining your technique, or simply staying motivated, we are committed to providing the support you need to succeed.

  • We believe that fitness should be accessible and convenient. Our memberships offer flexible hours, allowing you to work out at a time that suits your schedule. We aim to provide a hassle-free and seamless membership experience, with easy sign-up and termination processes.

    Limited Memberships:
    As part of our beta test phase, our exclusive fitness gym memberships will be limited in availability. We are constantly striving to improve the customer experience, and being part of our limited membership group allows you to provide feedback and witness firsthand the changes and upgrades we make to enhance your gym experience.

    “My name is Sadie Kerns, I play Division I soccer at Longwood University. I’ve been training at Fasst since I was around 10 years old. 

    I initially went to FASST for team soccer trainings at the old FASST building and continued to go for some goalkeeper training. I started getting into the speed and lifting trainings during my sophomore year of high school. My level of play skyrocketed after beginning training. 

    I became stronger, more explosive, and had much better footwork in goal. My improved performance ultimately led me to achieve some great accolades. 

    FASST also sparked my passion for fitness and nutrition. I frequently use their tips from speed training and lift programs in my personal workouts. Off the field, they’ve given me insight into a healthy diet and how to stay disciplined. Fasst has truly made me the athlete I am today. 

    To young athletes today, stay driven. There will be times when someone else is taller than you, faster than you, and better than you; you can’t control those things, but you can control your effort. Have the mindset that you can’t be outworked.”
