Josh Mihill

Josh Mihill was born and raised in Winchester, Virginia. He is a recent graduate of Millbrook High School and was a dual-sport athlete in both football and track. 

Josh’s 2021 track season led him to a bronze medal in the 100 meter dash at the 4A Northwestern District Championships. He also snatched a 3rd place finish in the 4×100 meter relay and a 5th place finish in the open 200 meter dash. 

Josh is a sports performance coach at FASST and is continuing his education at Laurel Ridge Community College to pursue a degree in exercise science. 

He has a desire to help develop young athletes in the hopes of them reaching their personal goals and full potential. Lastly, Josh wants to learn all areas of fitness from youth to elderly.
