Blake Hounshell

Blake Hounshell was born and raised in Clear Brook, Virginia. He is a recent graduate from James Wood High School where he played all four years on the football team as a linebacker. 

Blake has trained with FASST in the past and now he is working as a sports performance coach and a personal trainer.

Currently, Blake is a freshman at Shenandoah University pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science. He has plans to further his football career by trying out for Shenandoah’s football team this upcoming spring. 

Lastly, Blake wants to continue his career working with FASST so that he can eventually open up his own gym.
