D.J Frisby

Dj is the son of owner, James Frisby. DJ is from the Winchester area and graduated from Handley in 2015. There, he was a standout running back for the football and played basketball as a point guard.

Currently DJ is pursuing his degree in Exercise Physiology from West Liberty University where he also played running back for 3 seasons. DJ has aspirations to be the best he can be as a coach and sees a future with FASST!

He now spends his time coaching and training athletes of all ages includes the youth. DJ has brought tremendous success to his role at FASST and has a bright future ahead. Please contact us today if you’d like to schedule a session with DJ.
