Tucker Kindig is a Sports Performance Coach for FASST. He is currently in his senior year at Shenandoah University and is working on his bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Additionally, he has been recognized as certified personal trainer completed through the NFPT.
Tucker is currently on the Shenandoah track and field team where he specializes in throwing. He currently holds the school record for the shot put (14.26 meters), hammer throw (52.41 meters) and weight throw (15.96 meters). He also has 2 conference titles and was ranked top 50 in the nation for division 3 in the hammer throw.
Tucker interned with FASST his junior year of college and now as a performance coach his main goal is not only to help strengthen athletes but also help them build confidence on and off the field.
